Planned Maintenance
To ensure the Content Ignite infrastructure can continually cope with the increasing levels of traffic, our engineering team periodically upgrades hardware and optimises various parts of the system. While we are often able to do this with absolutely no downtime, we occasionally do need to run updates which require server restarts or re-configurations.
Any planed maintenance will be scheduled and detailed ahead of time via our status page.
